QUICK TIPS: New Feature in Company Page to Engage with Audience

Have you noticed that your Company Page has a messaging inbox?

This feature makes it easier for Page Admins to engage with their audience.

“Pages Messaging will help power a two-way conversation, so when a member has questions about a product or company, they can reach out directly to the brand through their Page.”

Your LinkedIn Company Page has a dedicated Inbox so that they can manage these two-way conversations and prioritise enquires that matter most to your business.

Let me know how you go with this. I’m interested to see if brands are using this feature and if things get really overwhelming, you can turn off Messaging entirely by turning off the Message button toggle in your Inbox Settings. 👏🏼👏🏼
